I’m not exactly the most sporty person and my habit like staying an hour longer in bed in the morning is stronger than a workout the early morning.
Since when I moved to Berlin (and this is already 3 years) I regularly do sports, sometimes more, but less, but I do it. Fun factor? Is always such a thing. In the 3 years I have tried different kinds of sport and it took me a long time to find the right exercises for me. The sport can be fun. The only important thing is, do I do the same as everyone else because it is IN? Or am I going to be away and do what really spills my happiness hormones?
Each of us inwardly knows that sport is an important health factor in our lives and not only ensures a better physical awareness, but also helps to keep fit in old age, it helps us both for the psychological and for the physical relief.
And before you say “Yes, I’m doing sports” consider the following: the way to reach your goal will be a long protzes. Find the right kind and the exercises to achieve the fun factor. You have to go through various workouts to find the right exercise for you and this is less than fun.
The best thing is that it does not have to be two hours a day. It is enough with half an hour, even with 10 minutes a day you can achieve much more, even than if we only once a week, trained for hours. Exercising a bit regularly is more effective than exercising a lot.
It is simply a force of will and a sign of discipline. The beginning is always hard, but with time it will not be as bad as in the beginning. And before this morning, over tomorrow morning and so on, grab your sports and train. Whether at home, outdoors or in the gym. Biting your teeth and coaches – and as it is called at Puma so beautiful is –trainer your away!
Give your inner couch potato no chance.
